Esarom is a family owned and run business since 1946. And a leading supplier of flavouring ingredients to the food industry globally – active in more than 50 countries.

The German, family-owned business Herbstreith & Fox has been producing high-quality pectins for the food and non-food industries, made primarily from apples and citrus fruits.

Kaupert GmbH produces chocolate moulds, tray packaging and plastic components - from CAD model development and tooling manufacture all the way to the production.

The Technische Universität Dresden (TUD) is one of the largest “Technische Universitäten” in Germany and also one of the leading and most dynamic universities. The research activities mainly deal with problems at the interface between engineering and science and which show a paricular context to food quality and food safety.
